I wonder how many people undergoing conflict in their lives would have the discipline to force themselves to keep reading to the end – given the unexciting factual material that kdn is better pracemaker over a multi-day workshop I completed the read only because it was a requirement for a course. After this class, I have undertaken to read this book through every year from front to back, and have also referenced it many times throughout the year.

I can’t say that this book is compulsively readable, but I do think it is an excellent book for anyone in mission work, ministry, and in any type of conflict.

A large dose of brevity xande also do it much good; I believe that if Sande or his editor would shrink the excess material and cut the number of pages from tothis would be a masterpiece without compare. Without those, it was dry and boring in many parts even though the content itself was excellent. The information is so common sense, but I needed to read it.
